15 years ago, as I exited my company, I had plenty of time to enjoy the range of fantastic events offered by YPO champions all over the world.

I attended universities, regional conferences, seminars and chapter events across all YPO regions. One common thread I realized was the amazing quality of resources.

I found that the most inspiring speakers were actually YPOers! They had practical knowledge to share, remarkable forum confidential stories to tell and a genuine interest in delivering value to other YPOers compared to professional speakers. Truly 'Only in YPO' value.

I founded the YPO 'Change Makers Club' so learning officers have access to those members and spouses who are willing to volunteer their time and share their story, passion and expertise to at least one chapter per year. In return, we ask the hosting chapter to consider giving a donation to the speaker's favorite charity.

Great speakers ready for you

All identified members will or have been through a public speaking workshop. Some of them have YPO speaker experience (see their profiles)

These speakers are Change Makers who are committed to help fellow members to make meaningful changes, to achieve personal growth and improve businesses during their talks

Change Makers commit to volunteer their time for at least one chapter event per year for free. We encourage chapters to give a donation to a charity of the speaker's choice.

Travel Reimbursement (economy class airfare, hotel and meals) will be paid for by the chapter, in addition to the regular chapter event costs
